WHAT BRAND DO YOU USE FOR YOUR SHIRTS?

We exclusively use the Comfort Color brand for all of our adult t-shirts. It's our preferred brand because of their softness and slightly over-sized look. The shirts are pre-shrunk, garment dyed, and soft washed.

 

For our Children's Collection, all of our designs are pressed onto a Gildan Youth t-shirt. We've done our very best to match the colors of our adult Comfort Color shirts, shades may vary ever so slightly, depending on the lighting.

 

WHAT IS YOUR PRINTING METHOD?

All of our designs are printed on Direct to Film (DTF) Transfer Sheets and individually heat pressed onto each shirt. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR WASH AND CARE RECOMMENDATIONS?

We recommend washing your tee inside-out on a gentle cycle using cold water. Tumble dry on low. For best results and longevity we recommend hanging the item to dry. Do not iron, dry clean, or attempt to bleach the item. 

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY SHIRTS?

Once we receive your order it will take 2-3 business days to create, pack, and ship your items from our location in TN. Shipping timelines vary by destination but are typically 5-10 business days. Once your package is dropped off at the Post Office, delivery is in their hands. Please note that unforeseen circumstances beyond the USPS's control can occasionally affect the delivery timeline of your item. One Little Spark Collective is not responsible for any delays.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns are accepted for 30 days after the purchasing date, the original garment tag must still be attached upon return of the item to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping rate. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted before a refund is issued.
